legal residency criteria:Open to female amateur golfers who meet the following requirements: USGA policy on Transgendered Individuals; have been a resident of Tennessee for at least six months prior to August 9, 2011;have been a member of a TGA member club or course in good standing for at least 60 days prior to August 9, 2011; and have an active TGA Membership/USGA Handicap Index® that does not exceed 28.5 (individual) at time of entry from a TGA member club or course.Legal Residency Criteria: An individual is considered to be a resident of Tennessee when said individual, (a) maintains her primary residence (domicile) in Tennessee and (b) she has a current Tennessee Driver’s License and is registered to vote in Tennessee in local, state and national elections.backArrow Circ2
