-contestants must register in person at Cherokee CC by 2:00 p.m. EST.
-position may be forfeited by player from whom no word is received by August 16th at 2:00 p.m. -see procedure for late registration in "player information"
9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. practice rounds
-practice rounds must be scheduled by calling the golf shop 7 days in advance, (865) 584-4840
6:30 p.m. welcome party
-_ Cherokee Country Club
-this party is included in your entry fee
-heavy hors d'oeuvre and cocktails with cash bar
-guests may attend the Welcome Party for an additional fee
- a guest rsvp will be sent to you several weeks in advance of the tournament
